: Styling, concept development, and specification of LED light

At this stage, TEVOLE uses specialized rendering software applications to help define the final appearance of the LED light. The rendering simulates how the LED light will look when lit based on its functionality. Our product capabilities greatly assist in the initial communication between the customer and sales, greatly reducing ineffective communication.

TEVOLE uses 3D printers to verify fit and function. An on-line virtual model is created for customer evaluation upon request. Depending on the customer's requirements, TEVOLE can create prototypes from real materials such as plastics, PCBs, metal parts, or other materials within 2-3 weeks.

Customer requirements determine the functionality and intensity of Tevoles’ lighting designs. In order to design the required lighting functionality for the appropriate application and market, TEVOLE will be in close contact with our PCB R&D team at every point related to the final lighting.

Details make the difference. Carefully designed electronic components such as gold- or silver-plated contacts further increase the efficiency and reliability of the circuitry.LED driver circuitry is the key to improving the efficiency of the electro-optical conversion process, and TEVOLE's highly reliable and compact driver circuitry is the reason why our LED lamps run longer and brighter than those of our competitors.

There is no doubt that the tooling or mold of an LED lighting product (or every product) is the key to success. A well-designed and well-performing mold is what makes a quality and durable LED light. TEVOLE maintains long-term and mature cooperation with plastic mold suppliers in Guangdong Province.

After a successful trial run, the technical team will work with the mold supplier to develop an operating manual that includes all the factors involved in the injection molding process: temperature of the plastic melt/cylinder/nozzle, plastic flow rate, plastic pressure or screw back pressure, and the rate and number of times the plastic is cooled. Our highly trained staff will produce the plastic parts in strict accordance with the operation manual to ensure consistent quality of each LED light.

Once the product validation is complete and running successfully, TEVOLE's in-house technical department and QC (Quality Control) team work together to design and develop the assembly and inspection process and create standardized production documentation.

We implement multiple inspections for each lamp: there is AOI inspection and first article inspection for the production line, QC inspection for the production line, IPQC inspection for quality, and OQC inspection. Each production line has an inspector to check the function, and 100% of the assembly process must pass the on-site inspection. Before packing, the appearance and function of finished products must pass 100% inspection.

In order to design the required lighting functions to meet appropriate applications and markets, TEVOLE will maintain close contact with our PCB supplier (located in Shenzhen, the main PCB production base in China) at every point related to final lighting.
